Thank you for supporting me as I take on the CARTEN100 in 2026, raising funds for the Noah's Ark Charity Here for You Appeal.

All 3 of my boys have been in the care of Noah's Ark Children's Hospital at some point and their care has been second to none. I am very please to have been selected to be part of their team to raise money for the cause by cycling from Cardiff to Tenby as part of the CARTEN100 ride.

Having a child ill in hospital is hard. Day in and day out, children undergo daunting procedures, parents live with worry and uncertainty, siblings miss each other desperately and families can have their whole life changed in an instant. Many go through experiences that are hard for most of us to imagine.

Together, through their emotional support service, the charity can reach out a hand to help these families through.

Your support could fund a counselling session for a long term patient coping with the loneliness of being away from family and friends, or music therapy for a non-verbal child to help them communicate and release their emotions.
