On January 4th 2024 I am completing a 12-hour swim, a personal challenge set to help fundraise for Tŷ Hafan, a charity that provides essential care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

I have always loved swimming, but I am have decided to take my passion to the next level by using it to make a difference in the lives of others. Every stroke I take will be helping the charity whose brave children and their families face unimaginable challenges every day.
