This June, other staff members from Potter Raper and I are challenging ourselves to run 100 miles to raise money for Refuge, the UK's largest specialist provider of support for women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

Every day, Refuge helps women and children find safety, rebuild their confidence, and move forward with their lives through services such as emergency accommodation, a 24-hour helpline, and community support.

Domestic abuse affects millions of people across the UK, and Refuge provides a vital lifeline to those who need it most.
