Walking From Hornsea trans Pennine Trail sign to hull ice arena but this time In Fancy dresd · 19 July 2025

TIC (Tourettes-Syndrome Inclusion in the Community) supports people in Hull and Yorkshire who are affected by Tourettes Syndrome. Tourettes Syndrome is a neurological condition that affects 1 in 100 school children and is lifelong. we provide support groups for our members, and deliver awareness talks to schools and other organisations. we aim to reduce social exclusion and stigma associated with the condition locally. We have only being running for a little over a year but aim to provide future workshops and training in order to promote self-help.

Story

Edit :

After completing the walk I figure I want to do it again but this time I want an end goal of £2500

We raised £1836 so we are only £664 short can you help us do it?

I have created this fundraising walk to support an incredible charity that has had a huge impact on my children in such a short space of time. The passion, care, and dedication of every staff member is truly something special.

This charity goes above and beyond—not just offering clubs where children can be themselves, but also supporting families through school challenges and everyday life. They even visit schools to raise awareness about conditions like Tourette Syndrome, helping to educate teachers and students, and working hard to prevent bullying and social exclusion.

Their work is life-changing, and this is my way of giving something back.

The walk will take around 6 hours, and I’m starting early in the morning to make the most of the day. It’s a personal challenge—but one I’m proud to take on for such a meaningful cause.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean the world. Every penny helps them continue the amazing work they do for children and families like mine.

Thank you so much for your support 💙

Feel free to check out their Facebook pages and websites to get more of a feel about the charity I'm supporting
