Having taken part in the Hope House Challenge Bike Ride in 2017,18 and 19 the event is back on the 9th August.

Alongside James, Arron, Jake and a couple of hundred other riders we will be riding 70 miles from Hope House in Morda > Bala > via Bwlch y Groes (also known as "Hellfire Pass") one of the highest and most challenging public mountain road passes in Wales > Lake Vyrnwy and back.... all in the infamous Um Bongo jersey!
