For this year's fund raising for Young Epilepsy I've set myself the challenge of completing two triathlons in September!! These will definitely be a challenge as I swim like a brick so will have to make some time up on the bike and run sections!

The first is the Shropshire Triathlon on 8th September 2024 and the race I've entered is:

750m Swim, 25km Bike and 5km Run.

The second is the North West Triathlon on 22nd September 2024 and the race I've entered is:

500m Swim, 21km Bike and 5km Run.

I'm hoping to raise awareness and sponsorship for Young Epilepsy so that they can continue to support children and families with Epilepsy.

My daughter Alex has Epilepsy and we have used Young Epilepsy for advice and guidance. They are a brilliant charity and I hope that you will be able to sponsor me.

Epilepsy can be one of the most frightening and isolating conditions a young person can experience. Together we can improve research, treatment and practical support.

I'll be posting photo's of each of the Triathlons (hopefully not of me being rescued on the swimming section).
