I'm doing not one but TWO!!! abseils for MYPAS (SC029543).

Most of you know that I've been the Chief Exec for MYPAS for the last 18 years, supporting the health and wellbeing of young people, aged 10-21 throughout Midlothian, East Lothian and the Scottish Borders.

I don't ask very often but it's a crucial time for young people's health and I can't very well ask people to take on challenges if I'm not prepared to do them myself!

So I'm taking part in two exclusive abseils: Falkirk Wheel on 21st March and the Port of Leith Distillery on 9th May.

Please consider sponsoring me for one or both of the abseils. I'm biased but we really are a fantastic charity doing essential work and we really need your support.

Young people seek support from MYPAS for a variety of reasons. We offer School Counselling, Community Counselling, Art Therapy, Drug and Alcohol Support and LGBT+ Support.
