On 16th April 2023, having just just reached the age 78, I shall be tackling the significant challenge of trekking to Everest Base Camp (EBC) Height: 5634m (17,598ft) in support of Victim Support (VS).

I have been volunteering with VS for almost 10 years via Community Support and Restorative Justice.

As many of you know I have been engaged in treks for the past 7 years. These have included, Annapurna Base Camp, Northern Albania, Kilimanjaro, Sahara Desert, Thames Path, Jordan (Petra). Toubkal (Atlas mountains) and 65miles of the French Camino.

So, this trek to EBC shall be the final 'big one' and the last time I shall seek any sponsorship (the previous one was 4 years ago) and so I hope you can contribute to this important charity.
