I have decided to kick off my post Ian Williams adventure by walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path in early July.

I enjoy walking and have completed several long distance trails but I have never done one all in one go. The walk is 186 miles and will take me 2 weeks starting on 7th July and involves around 35,000 feet of climbing (Mount Everest is only 29,000 feet!) and is described as a formidable challenge on the National Trails website. Worryingly the path also looks very close to the edge of some sheer 400 foot high cliffs on the last couple of days and I am not that keen on heights.

I am trying to raise money for Mind which is the chosen charity of Ian Williams this year and I hope that you can help support me.
