Magen David Adom ("Star of David" or 'Israeli Red Cross') is the Israeli Ambulance service. It provides critical emergency care to everyone in Israel, be they Jew, Muslim, Israeli, Arab. Irrespective of race, religion & ethnicity, when someone needs emergency medical help, Magen David Adom rushes to the scene to provide this service in often very difficult situations. This service is provided to Palestinians as well as Israelis. All life is sacred and Magen David Adom is there to try and protect it.

Only Magen David Adom has to provide bulletproof ambulances to protect both crew and those needing care.
