As I end the operational part of my career, I would like to take the opportunity to raise funds for 2 charities which during my career either directly or indirectly I have been involved in.

Over the past few years The Being Foundation has has funded the Manchester Children's Winter Burns Camps, which provide life‑changing opportunities for young people affected by burns injuries.

The camps offer an incredible experience and opportunity for these young people which they absolutely relished. The access and development of skiing skills is one benefit, but more importantly, the relationships and shared experience have profound psychological benefits to young people overcoming a burn related trauma.
