Over 50 million people are living in modern slavery worldwide, that's more than the population of Canada, Spain or Argentina. An estimated 122,000 of those people are exploited and trafficked within the UK. More people than ever are living in slavery.

TRIBE Freedom Foundation is on a mission to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking. They work by raising awareness of trafficking, supporting survivors and enabling frontline projects to prevent modern slavery. You can check them out here: https://tribefreedomfoundation.com/

On 28th October, TRIBE Run for Love Ibiza will bring together a team of runners (including me!) to push the limits of human endurance to fight for freedom and empower the survivors of modern slavery. We'll be covering a challenging 100km route, which is where the knee problems and pain-unicorn come in to play.
