My family and I have been on the receiving end of cardiac surgery and more recently my Uncle Steve passed away unexpectedly and suddenly from heart failure.

And more recently Howard has been diagnosed with Attrial Fibrillation

Uncle Steve be very proud that we are cycling London to Brighton in his honour and raising money for such a worthwhile cause
