As President of SCTS, I am proud to lead a community dedicated to excellent patient care and inspiring the next generation of surgical and healthcare professionals. Our members – from surgeons and trainees to nurses, students, and allied health colleagues – are united by a commitment to excellence.

On Sunday 13th September 2026, TEAM SCTS will take on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride. This is not just a sporting challenge; it is a public statement of our values – aiming high, teamwork, resilience, and an unshakable drive to deliver better patient outcomes.

Every mile we ride will help fund initiatives that improve and push the boundaries of care, support the people who deliver it, and ensure we continue to innovate for the future.
