This year I will be taking part in the Liverpool Santa Dash (although I'm more likely to be shuffling, than dashing) with some of my colleagues at the Liverpool Bereavement Service. The service relies on fundraising and donations, so if you are able to spare a couple of £'s it would be hugely appreciated. For entertainment value, I may even post a pic or two in my fetching Santa suit!

This year, the Liverpool Bereavement Service team is running the 2024 Santa Dash to raise vital funds for those facing grief. Grief affects everyone, whether it's the loss of a loved one, a miscarriage, or a life-altering separation. Since 1998, we’ve provided compassionate 1:1 counselling to help people heal.

Your donations support both adults and children, including through Oakleaf, our service dedicated to young people up to age 25. We offer creative therapies like play and art to help children express their grief and rebuild hope.
