Hi Friends,
As you know mental health runs through all the work that I do. So when I saw this yoga challenge for Mind, I just had to give it a go.
I will be focussing on gentle yoga practices to strengthen rather than break my back, but I am committed to keeping this up every day.
Now more than ever, people struggling from mental health problems need our support. In the UK, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem this year. Mind needs your help so that they can be there for anyone who needs them, on the phone, in local communities and campaigning for change.
