Are you ready for a challenge that unites mind, body and breath? Join Mind for 20 minutes of yoga every day in November to support the fight for mental health.
The challenge is open to all levels of experience, from seasoned yogis to beginners. Our instructor-made daily class plans are designed to guide you on your journey. Or you can find your own flow by joining a local studio class, or catching one online. Either way we’ll be right here to support you from your first downward dog through to your final savasana.
