As most of you are aware, Ashley suffered multiple cardiac arrests following the initial one he experienced on the padel court. Thanks to the quick actions of his friends, Adam and Paul, his life was saved. Without their knowledge of CPR and how to use a defibrillator, Ash would not be here today.

Because of this, I have decided to organise an evening session where you can learn the basics of CPR and how to use a defibrillator. For adults and children.These are vital skills that could one day help save a life.

The green spaces give patients, visitors and staff a safe and calming place to pause – whether that’s waiting for a loved-one, recovering after surgery or taking a break between shifts.
