The Step Up Challenge raises vital funds to safeguard our Step Up Scheme which gives newly injured people six free one-hour rehabilitation sessions. For many this is lifechanging: introducing them to specialist rehab and a supportive community.

The scheme has been a massively important part of my rehab following my spinal cord injury last November. The team at Neurokinex are brilliant and I want to give something back for their support. I will be undertaking "my triathlon" involving a 1k run (mostly) a 2k Ski Erg and a 3k bike ride on 1st September at and around Neurokinex in Crawley.
