Story
Run for Enda Melbourne returns for its third year!
Run for Enda is a charity which was established by the Enda Dolan Foundation to remember Enda, an 18 year old avid runner who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in 2014.
Run for Enda was created to keep his memory alive and to encourage people to change their own lives through running. This is a non-profit charity which has changed the lives of thousands of people over the past ten years, and was recently established in Melbourne to encourage people away from home to stay physically and mentally fit.
The runners in Melbourne will complete a half marathon on the same day as the Run For Enda half marathon in Omagh, Co.Tyrone. The runners have been completing the same training sessions in Australia and Ireland on Wednesdays and Saturdays since January.
The Run For Enda Melbourne team will raise money for the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust for the third year in a row. This is a vitally important charity for all of us living overseas so any contributions will be greatly appreciated.
Wishing all of the runners in both Ireland and Australia the best of luck in their half marathons next weekend, running for Enda.
