On Sat/Sun 9th/10th May I managed to complete the 47 mile route of The Lap ultra, with just a few days rest before flying out to Greece.

I am very lucky to have been chosen to be taking on a two-day trek in Kalamata, Greece this May to raise vital funds for St Catherine’s Hospice, West Sussex. The hospice provides expert, compassionate care to those who need it most during the most challenging times.
