Dear Friends,

For a cause that is so personal to me, and especially during Mental Health Month, I’ve decided to take on a small challenge — a 100 km walk over the next one month. Heartfulness practices have played a big role in supporting mental wellbeing, and this feels like a meaningful way to give back.

I am a meditation practitioner and volunteer at the Heartfulness charity organisation for almost a decade. Over the years, meditation has helped me bring inner peace and clarity to my day-to-day decisions. Heartfulness practice has become an instrumental part of who I am — helping me stay focused on what truly matters, remain centered during stressful times, and bring more compassion into my approach to life. It has truly improved my overall happiness.

Similar experiences are shared by many others volunteering for this cause. Over the years, we have all been touched by the benefits of Heartfulness meditation.
