As Heartfulness practitioners, we come together to support the work of Heartfulness UK, raising funds to help bring free relaxation and meditation sessions to more people across the UK.

The funds raised will support a wide range of free yoga and meditation sessions, organised across the country in celebration of International Day of Yoga 2026 and many events round the year. These sessions, held in communities, colleges, workplaces, and homes, create welcoming spaces to reduce stress, improve well-being, and support inner transformation.

Through this run,walk, or activity of choice challenge, heartfulness practitioners turn steps into a simple, collective offering, raising funds to help bring free relaxation and meditation sessions to more people across the UK.

This event is as much about connection and togetherness as it is about purpose: encouraging one another, and enjoying the journey – which is what Heartfulness is all about!

We ourselves have experienced first-hand the many benefits of Heartfulness meditation in our own lives—a growing sense of inner peace, resilience and calm in the midst of daily challenges, and a deeper feeling of connection with ourselves and others. By coming together in this exercise challenge, we hope to extend these benefits outward, so that more people can discover moments of stillness, a sense of belonging, and the opportunity to grow and transform inwardly.

Any little that you feel you can spare will enable our volunteers to continue offering Heartfulness meditation and yoga events free of charge.
