I attend Forget Me Notts which is run by Trent Bridge Community Trust. I'm a carer for a lovely lady with dementia. The events held by the Trust are amazing they are very stimulating and enjoyable and free of charge. The staff are wonderful, they are all approachable, friendly and fun. They give support and guidance to those that need it. Myself and Angela enjoy our Tuesday mornings at Forget Me Notts. Dementia is a cruel disease it effects the lives of the individual, aswell as their families. It can be a dark and lonely place.....Forget Me Notts shine a light and bring a welcome break and joyfulness to the day.
