We are on a mission to support three incredible charities that hold a special place in our hearts. Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital has been a beacon of hope for children facing challenging medical conditions. Sam's daughter Milly will soon undergo her third major complex surgery there in July.

The care and support provided by St David's Hospice Care have been nothing short of remarkable, offering comfort and dignity to so many through Palliative Care, including Sam's twin brother and his young as he bravely fought the Cancer that eventually took him.

Additionally, MacMillan Cancer Support has been a lifeline for Rhodri and his family following his wife Vicky's recent diagnosis with breast cancer. These causes are incredibly personal to us and these charities touch all of our lives. None of these amazing organisations would be able to offer the help and support to those who really need it without your help and support.

On the 1st of May 2024, we will embark on a 300-mile cycling journey from Porto to Lisbon in Portugal, marking the sixth consecutive leg of our 'circumnavigation of Europe by bicycle' in support of these charities. With your incredible generosity, we have already raised over £150,000 to date

and are determined to smash our target of £10,000 this year.
