Riders are taking the reins for a challenge of a lifetime — racing a mile at the prestigious Newbury and Wetherby racecourses! Support our jockeys as they raise funds to protect horses, keep riders safe and inspire more people to enjoy horses.

Story

Racing is my passion. I began my career with top names in the industry, including A.J. Wilson and the Pitmans in Lambourn, before returning to the Cotswolds. After an injury, I shifted careers to work in the NHS but continued to keep horses as a hobby. Inspired by this journey and a deep bond with my late mother, who shared the love for horses, we purchased a mare named Vinomore and raised her foal, Frankie (Onemorefortheroad), in Chadlington. Frankie brought joy to many through a syndicate I set up. The loss of my mother, a major support and inspiration, now drives me to honor her memory by riding Frankie in a charity race this opportunity gives me a chance to give back and celebrate a team effort and support a good charity.
