Story

**Thank you to all of you have donated so far it means a lot to know we have so much support. ❤️**

For many of us we will have had some one in our lives who has required the expertise of St Michaels Hospice. For me and my family it was from November 19 to January 20 when my beautiful sister Eve spent her last few months with them. The care we all received as a family was incredible, from the doctors and nurses to the volunteers making tea and coffee they were all amazing. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for Eve and for us, both during Eves stay and after, this is why for the past few years we have put on a Christmas light display in our garden for everyone to enjoy. This year it is bigger and better than before so please visit us in Elm Road Credenhill HR47DP from Saturday 25th November to January 1st and if you can please donate to this amazing charity who rely on donations to keep running for when anyone needs their exceptional care. Thank you.

The Hospice multi-disciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, complementary therapists, social workers, chaplains and counsellors. These specialist Hospice staff work together and often in partnership with the NHS to relieve patients’ symptoms, control their pain and help them to live well until the end of life. It is vital that everyone that needs it has the appropriate care and support they need to cope with the complex feelings and lifestyle changes caused by a terminal illness.

About the charity

We provide a range of services in Herefordshire and the surrounding area to people living with a terminal illness. Care is free to patients, their families and carers. This is thanks to supporters taking part in events, visiting our shops, playing our Lottery, donating and leaving gifts in wills.
