I'm running for 34 days from 22nd July to 24th August Ukrainian Independence Day to show off my love for my country Ukraine!

In 2025, Ukraine celebrates 34 years of independence — a powerful symbol of hope and resilience. To honour this milestone, this event organised by the Ukrainian Medical Charity (UMC), invites you to become a Lifesaver4Ukraine — a lifesaver supporting Ukrainian children in need.

You can run, jog, or walk any distance — alone or with friends — and raise funds for Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kharkiv OKHMATDYT— IOZDP, the largest tertiary centre for children. Kharkiv is a city in Northeastern Ukraine that has been continuously bombed since the invasion.

Our steps and fundraising will help purchase vital equipment for the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU), providing life-saving care for sick and injured children, many of whom are forced to shelter underground.
