SpecialEffect's mission resonates with me so much because of what I also do outside of streaming:

I am a full-time, physical therapist assistant. I've been a practicing clinician/rehabilitative professional for over 20 years. From rehab management to founding/organizing a 'virtual physical therapy' care plan program (using the Xbox Kinect & Wii Balance Board), SpecialEffect's mission is line with what I do with patients: Restore, Compensate & Adapt.

Gameblast2026 unites some of the things I love, admire and enjoy in this space such as streaming, video games, the Warframe Devs and more importantly, its Community! Top this all off to support a charity that helps people with physical disabilities to adapt, socialize, and function to play video games! This was a no-brainer for me to join!
