I will be running both the cheltenham half marathon and the Abingdon full marathon in aid of kidney care UK.

This is a cause close to my familys heart as my mums life long freinds husband Steve was was diagnosed in 2016 with hereditary Amyloidosis which caused his kidneys to fail. He started dialysis in Feb 2019 and April 19th 2020 received a kidney transplant which was successful and remained successful till his passing.

Kidney Care UK provided vital support during Steve's illness and I hope that this can help others get the support they need too.
