When my daughter Connie was diagnosed with 1p36 deletion syndrome at 10 weeks of age this family trust took us under their wing and guided us through the darkness. We are so grateful to them and this is my opportunity to give back and allow other families to recieve the love, support and knowledge that this charity can provide.
