After a few tough years with my health, I was given a terminal diagnosis in March. It's been incredibly hard to process, but with the love of my family and my girls, I am getting through it. Since my diagnosis I have been under the compassionate care of the team at Weston Hospicecare.

The hospice has been a lifeline, supporting me as I navigate my diagnosis. They are helping me come to terms with my future and when the time comes, will provide me with end of life care... and there is no one else I would trust to do this.

Soon, my girls and I will be doing the Moonlight Beach Walk (of course I'll be on my scooter lol) to raise money for Weston Hospicecare, so they can continue to help others like they’ve helped me.
