On 10th May i'll be taking part in my first triathlon - swimming 2km, cycling 90km, and running a half marathon.

Then in June, Joe and I will be supporting Dad on his EPIC cycling adventure from Bristol to Mallorca, joining him from Bordeaux to the end.

Any support, no matter the size, is very appreciated for this big big challenge!

Switchboard the LGBT+ Helpline is a confidential helpline open to the LGBTQ+ communities and beyond. It's so critical that we talk about mental health, tackle stigmas and work to reduce levels of loneliness across the LGBTQ+ communities now more than ever. I have great admiration for my brother who volunteers for the helpline - the lines have been inundated in the last few weeks (for obvious reasons), so all the support is needed to fund this vital service.

Hospitality Action provides financial, physical and psychological support to those in the hospitality sector. Behind their smiles and slick service, hospitality workers can fall upon hard times just like anybody else. It's a stressful industry with long hours, high pressure environments and physically demanding work. This is a charity Dad has supported as a trustee, and more, and I've been lucky to meet the team, and see so much of the meaningful work they do.
