Reading Half Marathon 2025 · 23 March 2025 ·

Are you ready to lace up your running shoes and make a difference? But this isn't just any race—it's an opportunity to make every step count.

Story

At the end of 2021, my aunt Vics was diagnosed with incurable cancer after discovering a lump. Since then, she has received incredible care at the Royal Berkshire Cancer Centre, where she’s found not only treatment, but also a community of support. Over the past 4 years, the centre has been there for her every step of the way.

I’m running this half marathon as part of a team of her friends and family, to raise money that will go back to the ward and help support others who are going through similar journeys. Every donation helps us give back a small part of the care and kindness she’s received.

Thank you for taking the time to read about our team and support our run to support King Edward's Ward, Royal Berkshire Cancer Centre.
