In a little under 2 months time, I will be joining the thousands of other participants hoping to complete the 2026 TCS London Marathon in the name of a truly great cause, The Chiltern Centre, Henley On Thames.

This fantastic Charity provides support for young adults with both learning and physical disabilities & their families to make life just that little bit easier and more joyful. The inspirational team at the Chiltern Centre selflessly provide short breaks, day services and a vibrant, supportive and family friendly environment to nurture independence, friendships and enjoyment to an otherwise difficult start to life.
