HARP is Southend’s leading homeless charity. They provide housing, advice and support to over 1,000 people each year who either are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of losing their home across Essex.

HARP24 is a 24 hour endurance race where I will be running as far I can in 24 hours on a looped course of 8km. Anyone that knows me knows I love running, which I'm sure will help to start off with, but I'm pretty nervous about how I'll be feeling come hour 12 and the other half of the race.
