Story

On 4 June 2026, I will be taking part in the Waterfall Country Walk in the Brecon Beacons with family members and friends, hiking to three beautiful waterfalls while raising funds for Wellbeing of Women.

I am proud to represent ALS People, an Employer Partner of the charity, which is committed to supporting women at every stage of their lives, both in and out of the workplace. By supporting this charity, we are not only investing in better healthcare for women but also helping to create workplaces where women's health is understood, respected, and supported. No woman should have to choose between her health and her career, or feel unable to speak openly about the challenges she faces.

This cause is close to my heart because women's health impacts every aspect of life. Yet, many issues—from periods and fertility challenges to pregnancy complications, gynaecological cancers, and menopause—are still not talked about enough. Wellbeing of Women is helping to change this through research, education, awareness, and advocacy.

My fundraising target is £300, and every donation, no matter the amount, will help improve women's health and support a future where no woman feels overlooked, unheard, or unsupported.

Thank you for supporting me, ALS People, and this incredible cause.
