Want to join me in supporting a good cause? Liberator are taking part in the Team Autism: Workplace 5k Challenge for The National Autistic Society.
Collectively we are trying to complete as many 5K’s as we can in April. The great thing about this challenge is that there are a different options - you can run it walk 5km, Cycle 15 km or swim 1km.
I’m taking on the cycling element and will be able to complete as many 15 km rides as I can throughout April. I’ve set myself the initial goal of doing 10 which will cumulatively be 150 km but secretly hoping I can go further.
