I have joined the BHF100K community because I believe in the importance of promoting heart health and I am committed to making a positive impact in the fight against cardiovascular diseases.

On Wednesday 7th August 2024 my brother had his third open heart surgery at 31. He was born with Aortic Stenosis and had open heart surgery at 3 days old, 14, and now 31. Thanks to the BHF my brother can now live a healthy normal life ❤️
