I'm joining my incredibly determined sister, and toegther we will be donning those running shoes to raise funds for the Children's Heart Surgery Fund, by tackling the Leeds 10k on 15th June 2025!

I never thought I'd run again after the Abbey dash years ago 😰 ...but here we go again, confronting this challenge with all our strength and determination.

CHSF have been a mighty support to my Nephew and his family throughout the past 2 years. The support and care they have given to my family has been outstanding! The time they took to sit and talk things through, the accommodation given to my sister & brother in law whilst Henry was undergoing heart surgery and recovery in PICU, the meal vouchers for local supermarkets, the support they have given my older nephew Billy whilst his little brother was in hospital, the regular well-being check ins, emergency packs of toiletries on an unexpected admission, the life saving medical equipment... all of this makes this experience slightly more tolerable, and wouldn't have been possible without the CHSF. I can't thank them enough.

So please help me in raising vital funds for this amazing charity, so they can continue to help families throughout these extremely difficult times in the future.
