This year I will be taking part in The Great North Run, running 13.1 miles to raise money for MS-UK.

Multiple sclerosis impacts millions, including two of my close relatives who are facing the challenges of living with the condition.

From their helpline offering emotional support to informative booklets and engaging online activities, MS-UK is making a real difference in the lives of many.
