Story
On 3rd October I'm taking on the incredible challenge of the Welsh 3000s – a gruelling trek across all 15 mountains in Wales over 3,000 feet, completed over 3 days. Covering over 30 miles of rugged terrain through Snowdonia, this is one of the toughest endurance hikes in the UK – no roads, no vehicles, just our feet, determination, and the Welsh mountains. We’re doing this to raise vital funds for Muscular Dystrophy UK, a charity that supports individuals and families living with muscle-wasting conditions. Every step we take is for those who face physical challenges every day. Your support will help fund research, care, and hope for a future free from the limitations of muscular dystrophy. Please donate if you can – every contribution makes a real difference.
