Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Throughout November, Ellen and I plan to do 20 minutes of Yoga a day to raise money for Mind. Mind is Mental Health Charity that we want to support as 1 in 4 people in England and Wales have mental health problems. Mind helps get people the help they need. Mental health is something we should all protect and look out for, no matter our circumstance. All problems no matter how big or small can affect our mental health.
Yoga is an incredible tool that can make a huge difference to physical and mental health. Self-care is so important in all aspects of protecting our mental health, even if you only manage to find 5 minutes a day or a week.
