An MRKH diagnosis is devastating, but it can be made even more challenging when you face it alone. MRKH Connect was there for me when I needed help the most. They were the friendly shoulder, the supportive friend, the voice I didn't yet have and a link to the community where I belonged.

This year I will be undertaking 50 days of creativity, because being creative is incredibly wonderful for our mental health.

MRKH Connect 5000-in-50 is an annual international initiative to raise awareness for MRKH and we invite you to join us as we start again on May 30th 2025.

The challenge to participants is to contribute to the collective fundraising goal of £5000 in 50 days, in pursuit of raising awareness for MRKH.

This event, which runs virtually and challenges every individual who takes part all of whom will contribute to a collective fundraising target whilst promoting their own physical and mental health and feeling a sense of community.
