We are raising money to support refugees so they can thrive as they rebuild their lives.

We will be taking part in an Inflatable 5K obstacle course to raise money for Upbeat Communities.

Upbeat does amazing work providing a place of community for refugees in Derby as they seek to rebuild their lives. Upbeat provides support such as free language classes, meals, and temporary accommodation.

In the words of one of Upbeat's participants: “I was lonely and scared when I came to the UK. Upbeat helped me find myself and my life again.” Upbeat provides a space for friendship and community, where every individual can feel welcomed and valued in the midst of a time of great upheaval in their lives.
