With zero training and some trepidation I am tackling the Big Walk again this year on Friday 27th June, and to be honest I was going to give it a swerve this time as with zero training its going to be a massive challenge.

I'm walking though in memory of my Nana Ellen, and in support of my dear Dad-in-law Pete, to raise funds for further research into new treatments for neurological disorders such as Parkinsons, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple sclerosis, dementia, and stroke. All horrible illnesses, with devastating effects which quietly steal our loved ones independence and quality of life.
