This September I will be taking part in a charity cycle from Malin head, the most northerly point in Ireland to Mizen head the most southerly point in Ireland. The cycle will cover 640km over four days, it’s a tough one!

This will be my third time taking part in this event, and I will be raising funds for cystic fibrosis Ireland, an amazing charity!
