A few weeks ago my friends and I were talking about how much we'd love to visit France. Unfortunately, in our planning we seemed to forget that ferry crossings existed and did the next logical thing and decided to swim the channel. The 6 of us will be swimming the 21 miles as a relay team next July, and to make matters worse, we will be doing it without a wetsuit.

To say I'm nervous would be an understatement.

We're doing all of this to raise money for the amazing charity, Aspire. Every 4 hours someone is paralysed from a spinal cord injury. Aspire offers practical and emotional support for those who are affected by spinal cord injury, allowing them to live fulfilled and independent lives.

Any donation big or small would be very appreciated.
