When I visited the 2025 Allergy UK Show, I could barely believe it. For a day, I experienced what it would be like to eat anything free from fears of allergic reactions. For too long, eating out at markets and restaurants had seemed terrifying to me because of my food allergies.

Allergy UK outlined a brightening future for those with allergies - new and developing treatments, ways of living life to its fullest, even the possibilities of curing allergies for good. I could have never imagined such a time would come.

I am taking part in the 2025 Walk Your Way challenge with my family. I dream of a future where freedom from food allergies is not limited to special events like the Allergy UK Show, but accessed everywhere, everyday. Your generous donations will bring this dream a step closer to reality.
