Story
I’m taking on Every Day in May for Dravet 2026 in support of a charity that has been a massive help to my family and I.
I’ll be running, sprinting, walking or crawling 5km every single day throughout May. No rest days. No shortcuts. Just turning up, every day.
If I’m honest, it feels like a big challenge. Not just physically, but emotionally as well. But that is exactly why I wanted to do it.
Because Dravet Syndrome is a big challenge.
It does not pause. It does not ease off. It does not give you a day where you can opt out.
So if Dravet turns up every day, then so will I.
Before Landon, I had never even heard of Dravet Syndrome. Now it sits behind every decision, every plan, every single day. It changes your world overnight, and there is still so much that people do not see or understand about what families are carrying.
If you want to understand a bit more about Landon’s story, and how your donation can help you can read it here:

I’m aiming to raise £500 for Dravet Syndrome UK, to support the work they do in helping families, raising awareness, and funding vital research.
If this challenge can shine even a small light on Dravet, or help move things forward in any way, then every step will be worth it.
If you can support, donate, or even just follow along and keep me going, it genuinely means a lot,
Thank you.
